7-45pm in the Village Hall to transact the following business.

Parishioners are invited to speak 7-45pm to 8-00pm, subject:
1 To consider apologies for absence
2. To approve and sign as a true record the minutes of the Annual meeting held May 18th 2009.
3.Declarations of interest.
To receive declaration of interest by Councillors in respect of any item on this agenda.
Chairman to close the meeting to receive reports from West Mercia Police and Councillor Roger Phillips 4� � � � � � Finance.
4.1To agree the financial statements of accounts for the year to date.
4.2To approve and sign payments in accordance with the budget.
4.3To approve and sign off the 2008 accounts as per the internal audit.
4.4To nominate an internal auditor for end of year March 31st 2010
5.To note information sheet.
6. To receive complaints about overhanging trees at footpath on Moor Meadow. Clerk
7.To receive brief reports from:
