1. The draw is open to all UK residents, excluding employees and their families of Cadbury or Booker Group plc and their affiliated companies. 2. By taking part in the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and any other requirements set. The promotion details form part of the rules.
3. The prizes will be awarded to the first thirty names drawn out of the total number of entries received by the closing date of 18/02/10. There are 30 prizes of a iPod 80Gb
Classics to be won. 4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever with respect to the prize. 5. No purchase necessary, to enter post your completed entry form
in the Free Prize Draw Box in store or enter on line at www.premier-stores.co.uk.
6. Closing date for entries is 18/02/10. 7. The draw for the prize winners will take place on 04/03/10 by an independent judge. 8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost,
damaged or delayed. 9. Only one entry per household. No trade, third party or consumer
group applications will be accepted. 10. The judge’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. 11. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for
any cash alternative in whole or in part. 12. The prize winners will be informed by
18/03/10. 13. The name and county of each prize winner will be available between 01/04/10 and 30/04/10 to those enclosing an SAE and applying to Cadbury Competition, Superior, Hercules Way, Bowerhill Estate, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 6TS. 14.
