Smoked kippers are naturally cured with no artificial additives or preservatives added. These kippers are split and the bones are in tact and they are ready to cook. 

Kippers can be poached or grilled. Try grilling basting with melted butter, serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon juice and cayenne.
