Trout Fillet

Trout takes on many of the characteristics of salmon. The flesh is beautifully pink and has a subtle flavour. These fillets are prepared by cutting two fillets from each fish or if cut from a very large fillet into individual portions. They are ready to cook. 

Sea trout fillet will bake, grill or pan fry. Try pan frying in hot oil - serve with crème fraiche mixed with chopped watercress.
